What you will do

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate and secure required resources using formal processes and tools to manage budgets and risks.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Identify project problems and implement innovative solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions based on performance monitoring.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to other project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with software or financial services solutions.
• Experience in Digital Asset and Tokenization program management is preferred.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
