Program Manager (Web3)

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 + discretionary annual target bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for complex multi-workstream initiatives across tech, ops, compliance, and product teams.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including RAID management and steering committees.
• Partner with senior leadership to define scope, prioritize deliverables, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delivery impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and delivery roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management delivering complex initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations in a post-M&A context.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to provide structure and governance in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Background in cryptocurrency, digital assets, securities, or tokenization.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment or fintech ecosystems.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
