Requirements

• 8+ years of release or project management experience in sophisticated enterprise tech environments.
• Proven experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience architecting or designing systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
