Staff Technical Program Manager (Blockchain)

Location: Hybrid; managers and teams decide which 10+ days per month they work from the office. The stated annual salary range applies to positions based in California.

Salary: $188,000–$235,000 USD annual base salary for California-based positions, excluding equity, bonuses, and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Lead large cross-functional programs linked to products, defining priorities and strategy across strategic initiatives.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks, manage risks and trade-offs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Align product, engineering, program management, and other partners across a matrixed organization.
• Contribute to technical frameworks and support robust, scalable system design.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across engineering teams.
• Build release, bug, and progress-tracking dashboards to highlight development progress and gaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of release and/or technical program management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments.
• Experience working directly with multiple cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Knowledge of software development and modern project management practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and assess project and system health.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Experience designing or architecting systems with attention to design patterns, reliability, and scalability, plus experience in payments, custody, stablecoins, or blockchain.
