What you will do

• Manage key monthly close activities, including Fixed Assets and Prepaid subledgers and account reconciliations.
• Implement AI-assisted automation using Excel Copilot and enterprise AI tools to streamline close processes.
• Prepare quarterly financial disclosures and execute SOX key controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and timely responses.
• Validate AI-generated financial summaries to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accounting policies and standard operating workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or financial controllership experience.
• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and financial modeling.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools (LLMs, Copilots) to improve accounting efficiency.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or progress toward it.
• Experience with financial system implementations or AI workflow integrations.
