What you will do

• Define pricing strategies for internal services used across the hirify.global organization.
• Lead market analysis efforts to understand pricing structures of comparable B2B infrastructure offerings.
• Build pricing best practices and methodologies to guide internal chargeback processes.
• Conduct research to establish price tolerance, willingness to pay, and value positioning.
• Continuously analyze pricing based on usage patterns and market changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as a pricing strategist or analyst for B2B infrastructure products or technical services.
• 3+ years of direct experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure acceptable) with a focus on cost optimization.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL and/or Python to analyze large datasets and inform business decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
