Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for global enterprise brands, serving as their primary strategic advisor.
• Synthesize complex performance trends and datasets into high-quality presentations, narratives, and strategic frameworks for executives.
• Advise clients on optimization for the "agentic shelf," including AI assistants like Amazon Rufus, ChatGPT Shopping, and Perplexity.
• Utilize proprietary AI Visibility and Advisor platforms to accelerate research and surface actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and contribute to the evolution of the team's delivery model.
• Mentor junior team members to elevate the quality and consistency of client deliverables.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail analytics, or client-facing consulting with a track record of owning complex engagements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating compelling data stories.
• Experience manipulating large datasets using SQL or comparable querying tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as an accelerant for professional work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Seattle and able to work in-office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Familiarity with AI shopping surfaces like Google AI Overviews.
• Background in CPG, retail, digital advertising, or startup environments.
