Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA (requires 2 days in the office)

Salary: $185,000 - $277,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the AMER HR Generalist (PXC) and Employee Relations (ER) teams to provide high-quality support.
• Partner with Legal and senior leaders to assess, map, and implement strategic organizational changes across the AMER region.
• Manage complex employee relations matters to mitigate potential reputational and legal risks.
• Drive system adoption and analyze ER metrics to shift from reactive to proactive employee relations.
• Collaborate with global PX leaders to align regional practices with the global HR operating model.
• Develop high-quality communication, training materials, and management reports for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, CA (Hybrid).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading HR Generalist and ER specialist teams.
• Proven experience as a senior HR manager in a matrixed, complex, global environment.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives and cultural change management.
• High levels of data literacy, insight development, and system thinking.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
