Senior HR Generalist

Location: Elkridge, Maryland, United States. External applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR resource for managers on employee relations matters.
• Advise managers on performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, workplace concerns, policy violations, and misconduct.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with HR Shared Services and Learning & Development to deliver HR support.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, HR projects, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of human resources exhirify.globalence.
• Exhirify.globalence in employee relations, manager coaching, workplace investigations, and handling sensitive employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Exhirify.globalence supporting hourly, general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations-based workforces.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
