Salary: $124,200–$183,820 per annum

What you will do

• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide strategic and tactical guidance to managers and HR partners.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee conduct, conflict resolution, workplace policies, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct and oversee impartial investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, complaints, and policy violations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR Business Partners, Talent, and HR leadership on sensitive and high-exposure matters.
• Analyze employee relations data, trends, and metrics and prepare leadership reports with risks, insights, and action plans.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning, and culture transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; occasional travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience in a multi-state or global environment.
• Experience in union or non-union environments.
