What you will do

• Lead global HR Operations, Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), and People Analytics functions.
• Drive the integration of AI solutions to transform manual, reactive processes into intelligent, self-service infrastructure.
• Own the operational and compliance health of the international footprint, including hubs in Helsinki, Belarus, and Japan.
• Serve as the functional architect for People Technology, ensuring the HRIS (Rippling) is fully optimized and secure.
• Develop advanced predictive analytics models to track global headcount trends, pay equity, and organizational health.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People Ops and Total Rewards in high-growth, remote-friendly tech environments.
• Ability to handle both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, such as complex equity modeling in Excel.
• Direct expertise with Rippling or similar modern HRIS platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing AI or automation tools to enhance team productivity.
• Global fluency with experience managing international teams, specifically within Europe.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
