Salary: $169,000 - $296,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS Specialists through coaching, cross-training, and shared ownership.
- Evolve the operating model, including project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
- Provide governance and technical oversight for Workday configuration, balancing internal work and external partners.
- Collaborate with People, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver integrated people technology solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and evaluate AI-enabled features to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure Workday integrates effectively with the broader enterprise technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology.
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Integrations.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing HRIS teams.
- Experience managing Workday delivery within a SOX-compliant environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise system integrations and curiosity about AI.
- Must be based in the United States.
