What you will do

• Lead the annual merit and focal review cycle, including budget modeling and calibration.
• Own job matching, market pricing, and salary structure maintenance using industry tools.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and track progress against internal equity goals.
• Serve as a compensation advisor for offer guidance, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Manage broad-based equity grant planning and administration in partnership with Finance.
• Develop communication materials and toolkits to educate leaders on pay philosophy.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive global compensation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and compensation modeling.
• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and benchmarking tools like Radford, Pave, or Compa.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
