What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical positions from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, professional networks, and direct outreach.

• Engage and educate candidates on company culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, providing data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on staffing policies, compliance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Must reside within approximately a 70-mile radius of Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
• Ability to manage high-volume or concurrent requisitions.

• Advanced sourcing expertise including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
