What you will do

• Partner with leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract world-class talent at scale.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Source and build diverse pipelines of candidates using creative outreach strategies.
• Evaluate and enhance technical recruiting operations, including interview structures and evaluation tools.
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership by connecting recruiting insights to business outcomes.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to build a strong employer brand.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
• Proven track record of high-impact hires in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep familiarity with hiring software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Strong understanding of ML, AI, and LLM-related technical trends.
• Exceptional relationship management and influence skills at the executive level.
