Director of Core Products (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Miami, FL (Must be a U.S. applicant)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for Credit, Debit, Pre-Paid, and New Products across LAC.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to diagnose business challenges and recommend growth solutions.
• Manage full product P&Ls, tracking revenue, cost drivers, and margins to ensure long-term value creation.
• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies based on regional regulatory environments and client needs.
• Champion the design and commercialization of new product constructs and assess emerging payment technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Technology, Sales, Risk, and Finance within a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience (Bachelor's) or 8+ years (Advanced Degree).
• 8+ years of product management experience specifically within the payments or financial services industry.
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership and pricing strategy experience.
• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Proven track record of executing multi-year product strategies in global organizations.
