What you will do

• Lead continuous process improvement for the PPL M&A program through automation and simplification.
• Standardize the PPL Integration approach and model scenarios based on different deal types.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and scale M&A workflows.
• Project manage small to midsize transactions and lead the PPL Integration Management Office (PPLIMO).
• Develop and maintain the PPL Plan of Record, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks.
• Partner with Employee Communications to execute deal-specific communication strategies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in M&A.
• Proven expertise in at least two of these areas: Employee Communications, HR Business Partner, Organization Design, or Change Management.
• Broad HR/People experience with the ability to influence key organizational decisions.
• Exceptional program and project management capabilities for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into actionable people plans.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, USA
