Salary: $127,500 - $249,350

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and integrated adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines.
• Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems and build leadership narratives.
• Oversee change execution, including communications, training, and human-AI change adoption deliverables.
• Lead and coach high-performing teams and support business development through proposals.

Requirements

• Experience leading small to medium-sized transformation projects and teams.
• Expertise in organizational change strategy, leadership and culture changes, and workforce transformation.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with AI adoption and human-AI change management.
• Must be located in or able to work from Dallas, TX.
