What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and integrated adoption strategies across complex transformation workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping organizational change strategy, governance, and leadership routines.
• Drive executive alignment across complex stakeholder ecosystems and build leadership narratives.
• Oversee change execution including communications, training, readiness, and human-AI change adoption deliverables.
• Lead high-performing teams, coach talent, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading small to medium-sized projects and managing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to an AI-first consulting model.
• Expertise in designing business and operating models, workforce adaptation, and culture change.
• Ability to build trusted advisor partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US locations.
