Salary: $105,600 - $199,480

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable adoption plans and KPIs.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and leaders to drive organizational alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive-ready narratives and structured recommendations for transformation roadmaps.
• Shape high-quality organizational change deliverables, such as stakeholder maps, governance, and RACI matrices.
• Coach junior team members and partner closely with business and technology teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts applied to enterprise transformation.
• Proficiency with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Must be based in one of the listed US locations.
