Salary: $216,300 – $400,900 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and evolve the Global Executive Search Operating Model for VP+ and C-suite roles worldwide.
• Partner with the C-suite and senior leadership as a strategic talent advisor on organizational design and succession planning.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of executive recruiters across five regions.
• Directly manage a portfolio of the most strategically critical and complex global executive searches.
• Drive a data-first culture by leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and advanced talent intelligence platforms.
• Oversee relationships with external executive search partners to ensure alignment and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ with a Master's/MBA/JD/MD, 8+ with a PhD).
• Proven success closing VP, SVP, EVP, and C-suite level searches in large, matrixed global enterprises.
• Significant experience building and leading geographically distributed executive recruiting teams.
• Deep expertise in cross-border executive hiring, international labor markets, and executive compensation frameworks.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
• Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or technology industries strongly preferred.
