What you will do

• Lead and scale the technical recruiting function across Engineering, Research, Product, and Applied AI Engineering.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of technical recruiters and sourcers.
• Own the overall technical recruiting strategy, including workforce planning, pipeline development, and closing strategies.
• Partner with technical leaders to translate business priorities into actionable hiring plans.
• Establish and track key metrics such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire.
• Represent the company externally as an employer of choice for world-class technical talent.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical recruiting teams in hyper-growth startups, ideally scaling from 100 to 1,000 employees.
• Deep expertise recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, and Data functions.
• Strong knowledge of the Bay Area technical talent market.
• Proven track record of creating scalable recruiting practices and developing recruiter talent.
• Ability to use data-driven metrics to diagnose problems and communicate progress.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City or San Francisco.
