What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruiting team focused on innovation and scalability.
• Collaborate with globally distributed hiring teams to define and deliver on hiring goals.
• Define, track, and report on recruiting metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Compensation departments to ensure alignment on hiring strategy.
• Work with executives to develop strategies for talent pipelines, employment branding, and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience supporting a global technical organization.
• 2+ years of recruiting leadership experience managing globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in the current talent market across US and EMEA regions.
• Strong operational focus with proficiency in metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Must be based in the US to support the primary time zone requirements.
