Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within fast-growing tech companies.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organizational structures.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Must be based in New York City to work on-site.
