What you will do

• Own monetization strategy including tier architecture, enterprise license structures, and credit-based pricing model.
• Lead operational execution of transition to consumption-based pricing with customer segmentation and commercial guardrails.
• Design commercial constructs to drive expansion within strategic accounts and remove barriers to growth.
• Structure and approve complex enterprise deals, enforce deal guardrails, and reduce deal cycle time.
• Own monetization reporting and build infrastructure for real-time commercial insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to align commercial strategy and systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in New York City, USA
• 5 to 8 years experience in deal desk, revenue operations, pricing strategy, or related commercial function in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Experience structuring and approving complex enterprise software deals and familiarity with consumption-based pricing models.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build commercial reporting from scratch.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal with high judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM data integration.
