What you will do

• Conduct complex customer research and market analysis across the AEC landscape to identify willingness-to-pay and external trends.
• Design and execute analytical tests and define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of pricing and packaging decisions.
• Build financial models to project revenue and behavioral effects of pricing changes, validating them against historical data.
• Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations to guide product offering and price points.
• Manage cross-functional pricing projects involving product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Lead discussions and present recommendations to build alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in pricing, packaging, commercial strategy, or a closely related analytical field.
• Experience in commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in pricing models, discount structures, and research methods such as conjoint analysis or Van Westendorp.
• Ability to convert market and internal data into financial models that anticipate the impact of pricing decisions.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving results in matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in the US.
