Pricing and Packaging Manager (SaaS)

Location: US; remote role

Base pay: $108,900–$136,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct customer research and market analysis across construction technology and the broader AEC landscape.
• Design analytical tests and define KPIs to measure pricing and packaging effectiveness.
• Build models that project revenue and customer behavior impacts, including second-order effects.
• Develop data-driven business cases and recommendations using internal and external data.
• Manage complex cross-functional pricing and packaging projects across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Lead discussions, present recommendations, build alignment, and promote experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in pricing, packaging, commercial strategy, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with commercial SaaS or B2B software is strongly preferred.
• Experience with market analysis, customer research, value drivers, and willingness-to-pay analysis.
• Knowledge of pricing models, price levels, discount structures, monetization approaches, conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, and A/B testing.
• Ability to build financial models, solve complex problems, communicate recommendations, and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong project and change management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
