Product Strategist (Mortgage Servicing)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include New York and San Francisco. Travel to support client implementations is required as needed, approximately 25–50%.

Salary: $100,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is a Series C company building an AI-native operating system and SaaS platform for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

• Shape business requirements for the mortgage servicing platform as a subject matter expert.
• Lead client engagements from sales demos through implementation, enablement, product support, and post-launch success.
• Educate enterprise clients on successful use of the servicing system and tailor solutions to their operational needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate client feedback into feature requests and platform improvements.
• Support foreclosure and bankruptcy processes within client implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mortgage servicing experience and strong knowledge of mortgage servicing concepts.
• Direct experience managing the technical and operational implementation of a new servicing system.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, workflow optimization, collaboration, and ownership skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% for client implementations.

• Prior experience with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes.
