Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; Utah, Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and the Chicago area are preferred.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives for an AI-driven government contracting platform.
• Shape product offerings around government contracting processes, including RFPs.
• Collaborate with AI research and technical teams to integrate emerging AI technologies.
• Manage the product lifecycle with agile methodologies and Jira from conception through launch.
• Gather customer feedback, prioritize features, and maintain the product roadmap.
• Coordinate product rollouts with engineering, sales, marketing, and support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
• Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and product planning tools such as Jira.
• Experience working with AI technologies and technical teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification are required.
