What you will do

• Perform weekly Quality Control (QC) reviews of Title Reports, Tax Certificates, and Mortgage Billing Statements.
• Issue Closing Disclosures to homeowners and manage funding timelines.
• Coordinate signing aphirify.globalments between homeowners and title vendors.
• Explain hirify.global Option agreements, including repayment terms and funding details, to customers.
• Collaborate with escrow and title companies to ensure accurate and timely document signings.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• English: Fluency required
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ years of experience in US Mortgage Closing, Processing, or Escrow (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Knowledge of the real estate closing process, specifically refinance transactions.
