What you will do

• Review and analyze appraisal reports to ensure alignment with methodology and reconciliation standards.
• Collaborate with the BPL Appraisal Review team to conduct analyses on comparable selection and internal valuations.
• Ensure vendor and report compliance with Valere policies, USPAP standards, and applicable laws.
• Identify collateral issues and coordinate with leadership to secure timely report revisions.
• Communicate file status effectively to customers and internal partners while maintaining professional service standards.
• Maintain and recommend enhancements to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in appraisal review, appraisal processing, or quality control.
• Extensive knowledge of appraisal and industry guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
