What you will do

• Coordinate contract manufacturers through PCB fabrication, assembly, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Inspect, rework, assemble, program, test, and validate incoming boards before vehicle integration.
• Manage inventory of components, boards, and assemblies.
• Support vehicle end-of-line testing and diagnose board- and vehicle-level issues.
• Design module end-of-line test fixtures and evaluate hardware under nominal and stressful electrical and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with quality, design, verification, validation, and technician teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of hardware development and/or test engineering experience.
• 2–3 years of formal leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with contract manufacturers to deliver high-quality electronic products.
• Hands-on laboratory skills, including board rework, soldering, oscilloscope use, and terminal-based debugging.
• Strategic approach to improving designs, processes, and technical roadmaps.
