Salary: $197,000 - $285,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop electronics for custom hardware and define HW architecture through modeling and requirement gathering.
• Build, integrate, test, and debug electronics on the bench using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Collaborate with mechanical, operations, and validation teams to mature designs for manufacturing and product coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical growth.
• Optimize product development processes to streamline delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of industry experience developing complex electrical hardware.
• Expertise in system architecture, signal/power integrity design, high-speed signaling, grounding, and analog electronics.
• Proficiency in analyzing systems for electro-mechanical and EMI/EMC constraints.
• Extensive experience with hardware productization at system, board, and chip levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with custom sensor development and/or network design.
• Knowledge of automotive safety frameworks (ISO26262) and qualification processes.
• Experience with both rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing.
• Programming skills in C++, Python, or equivalent.
• FPGA/ASIC design experience.
