What you will do

• Review, code, and process invoices in NetSuite and support the transition to Workday.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate pricing, quantity, or scope exceptions.
• Translate executed leases and service agreements into accurate recurring and non-recurring tenant billing setups.
• Reconcile vendor statements, manage ACH/wire/check payment batches, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end close, internal SOX testing, and KPMG audit requests.
• Document standard operating procedures and integrate AI to simplify and automate billing workflows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or general accounting.
• Working knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and financial controls.
• Experience reviewing purchase orders, contracts, or leases.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with an ERP or accounting platform.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience in data centers, commercial real estate, or construction.
• Familiarity with three-way match processes or SOX internal control frameworks.
