Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end/year-end close.
• Manage new vendor onboarding, including profile creation and ACH payment setup.
• Support Procurement with purchase order creation and provide backup for expense report processing.
• Assist with payroll accounting processing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance function.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of expense report auditing and reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with international payment processes and currency conversions.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.
