What you will do

• Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt collections.
• Process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards, while reconciling payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Orders, Customer Support, and Legal teams on billing inquiries and subscription adjustments.
• Perform AR reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and run financial reports using NetSuite.
• Develop and maintain credit check procedures for new customers and determine quarterly bad debt accruals.
• Prepare documentation for annual audits and suggest operational process improvements to management.

Requirements

• Practical experience managing accounts receivable, customer billing, and payment reconciliations.
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite or another major ERP system and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and subscription-based software business models.
• Fluency in English for clear communication with global colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work on-site daily at the Foster City office.
