Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage the full P2P cycle: invoice intake, approval workflows, validation, and payment processing.
• Maintain and optimize vendor relationships, including onboarding, master data, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and tax requirements (1099, VAT/GST).
• Lead digital transformation by implementing e-invoicing and touchless processing automation.
• Mentor and develop P2P team members, managing workload and performance.
• Analyze P2P metrics and provide spend data for budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of experience in P2P or accounts payable.
• Minimum 10 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and deep knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in a large multi-national organization or highly regulated industry.

• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification.
