Senior Solutions Consultant (EPM): Supporting the sales cycle for cloud financial performance management software through tailored demonstrations, discovery sessions, proofs of concept, and workshops with an accent on FP&A, accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Focus on translating complex business requirements into compelling solution narratives, advising finance and executive stakeholders, and demonstrating how EPM technology can improve financial decision-making.

Location: Remote within the United States.

Salary: OTE of $200,000–$240,000, plus commission, equity, benefits, and wellbeing resources.

What you will do

• Support sales opportunities through customized product demonstrations, discovery sessions, proofs of concept, and hands-on workshops.
• Lead consultative conversations to identify FP&A, accounting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics challenges.
• Translate business requirements into solution narratives aligned with customer goals, processes, and pain points.
• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunity evaluation and qualification.
• Present EPM domain expertise and business value to finance, accounting, and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to improve customer outcomes and the sales process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience selling EPM solutions in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with EPM, CPM, FP&A, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A and/or accounting standards, processes, and finance-team challenges.
• Ability to explain business and technical aspects of proposed solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to finance, accounting, and executive audiences.
• Strong executive presence, communication, organization, time management, ownership, and prioritization skills.

• Experience with cloud-based finance, ERP, BI, or analytics solutions.
