What you will do

• Take ownership of relationships with assigned strategic ERP partners to foster mutual growth.
• Develop and execute annual business strategies, goals, and execution plans.
• Implement partner governance measures including performance assessments and regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with the direct sales organization to manage and convert partner referral leads.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives align with partner goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics to drive revenue growth and meet financial objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of strategic alliance management experience with ERP partners.
• Minimum 3 years of experience driving revenue growth through partner-driven channels.
• Minimum 5-7 years of financial technology sales experience targeting mid-size public companies.
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Experience with ERP ecosystems such as MRI, Deltek, Viewpoint, Infor, Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
• Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making.
