Enterprise Applications Analyst II - SAP Materials Management (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support SAP Materials Management processes focused on goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
• Maintain material, vendor, and purchasing information master data for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
• Configure and troubleshoot inventory transactions including MIGO, MB51, and MI01, as well as stock determination logic across plants and storage locations.
• Support integration between SAP MM and FI, SD, PP, MES, and third-party systems through REST and SOAP interfaces.
• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, and support month-end inventory closing.
• Document process flows, prepare inventory test scripts, and support user acceptance testing for enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
• Experience with software environments and upgrades.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP MM configuration.

• Experience with SaaS applications and enterprise-wide software systems.
• Knowledge of database management and data-entry best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, access control, and security best practices.
• Experience mentoring entry-level analysts.
