Senior Director, SAP Center of Excellence (SAP)

Salary: $250,000–$285,000 annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead the SAP Center of Excellence operating model, strategy, roadmap, service catalog, and performance objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on SAP strategy, investments, risks, governance, and value realization.
• Define SAP architecture, integration patterns, extension strategies, and clean-core standards.
• Lead integration across SAP, Salesforce, manufacturing systems, laboratory systems, data platforms, and third-party applications.
• Own SAP run-and-improve operations, including ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, release, and service management.
• Build and lead functional, technical, integration, testing, and operational SAP teams while managing strategic vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive SAP leadership experience, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence or Business Delivery Center in a global organization.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP platforms, governance, enterprise architecture, integration, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformations, post-implementation optimization, global teams, partners, and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, ITIL, service management, change management, and release governance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
• SAP certifications and experience using AI, automation, and analytics to improve ERP operations.
