SAP Manager (SAP IS-U/CRM)

Salary: $141,120–$176,400 per year, depending on experience and location

What you will do

• Lead SAP IS-U and CRM systems supporting customer service and meter-to-cash business processes.
• Direct medium- and large-scale SAP implementations, application changes, maintenance requests, and support activities.
• Define and deliver the IT applications roadmap, manage the application map, and identify opportunities for efficiency, integration, consolidation, and transformation.
• Analyze, prioritize, and govern business demand, project portfolios, maintenance requests, backlogs, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with business areas, IT leadership, staff, and IOC teams to align strategies and allocate project resources.
• Manage internal staff, external consultants, vendors, performance evaluations, training needs, and related contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least 8 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and IT project management.
• Experience as an SAP IS-U CRM/front-office lead supporting or managing customer-care business demand.
• Experience supporting meter-to-cash processes and working as a functional analyst, business relationship manager, or IT consultant.
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
