Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (OTE $70,000)

What you will do

• Create and manage paid search campaigns including PPC, Display, Mobile, Microsoft, and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and proprietary tools to drive optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, competitive benchmarking, and budget pacing.
• Implement advanced campaign features such as Pmax, dynamic remarketing, YouTube advertising, and shopping campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure a holistic client experience.
• Perform QA on campaigns and assess landing pages before launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third-party optimization tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills.
• Agency experience or experience working with multiple direct response advertiser accounts.
• Must reside in CO, FL, MA, MN, OH, PA, or TX.

Nice to have

• Google Analytics certification.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience with tag managers.
