• Execute and optimize paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Develop media plans aligned with client KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage advanced features in native and third-party platforms, including automation and audience targeting.
• Lead client communication and present performance updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train Account Executives on campaign management best practices.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns within Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets.
• Intermediate experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to own and lead client communication effectively.
• Strong understanding of paid media best practices, buying strategies, and measurement tools.
