TL;DR

Manager, Paid Search (Marketing): Owning the day-to-day execution of paid search activity and managing client relationships with an accent on performance optimization, reporting, and team leadership. Focus on coaching Account Executives, driving experimentation, and ensuring flawless campaign delivery across cross-platform formats.

Location: Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. The role follows a hybrid work model with office attendance required approximately four days a week.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns and ensure performance targets are exceeded.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in the UK and Global Hub.
• Oversee quality control for deliverables, including performance commentary and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to devise and implement strategic and tactical search optimizations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Implement processes to maximize operational efficiency and contribute to product development.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Deep knowledge of Paid Search with current Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Proven experience in line management, including team development and workload oversight.
• Strong proficiency in bid management and core platforms like SA360, Google Analytics, and GMP.
• Excellent data analysis skills and experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Operational proficiency with strong project management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe marketing tools.
• Experience in Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms.
