What you will do

• Manage paid search campaigns across various industries, performing daily optimizations and high-level strategy adjustments.
• Analyze performance data to provide intelligent interpretations and implement data-driven action plans.
• Manage client budgets and advise on allocations across channels to maximize ROI.
• Maintain frequent communication with internal agency teams and external clients regarding goals and workflows.
• Employ AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEM experience, specifically in campaign development, bid optimization, and keyword research.
• Significant experience with Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, or Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and the Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
