What you will do

• Oversee paid search campaign delivery and quality control for key client accounts.
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives and Managers, including coordination with a Global Hub.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and solutions to complex problems.
• Drive operational efficiency through process automation, script adoption, and adherence to agency governance.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and career development initiatives for the department.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of media plans.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience in line management and leading hybrid teams across different markets.
• Expert knowledge of Paid Search, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Proficiency in core PPC technology platforms such as SA360, GMP, and Google Analytics.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex solutions to stakeholders.
