What you will do

• Evaluate model outputs and training runs against defined criteria and make go/no-go recommendations.
• Translate product requirements into ML-actionable training objectives, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Scope datasets, create labeling guidelines, and define data quality standards with the ML team.
• Plan data acquisition requirements, including sources, volumes, and timing.
• Build and maintain an exemplar library for AI-assisted features and track regressions across assessments.
• Coordinate planning cadences with the ML team and resolve product questions.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in product analysis, technical product management, or a related operational role with data or ML exposure.
• Background in real estate photography, commercial photo editing, or visual media workflows.
• Ability to evaluate structured data against defined standards and document reasoning clearly.
• Strong written communication for specifications and labeling guidelines.
• Familiarity with basic ML and data concepts, including labeling and model evaluation.
• Experience coordinating review-at-scale work with operations or production teams.
