Salary: $69,800 - $83,000 per year

What you will do

• Solve client business questions using proprietary NIQ tools and metrics.
• Integrate AI into analytical workflows to drive efficiency and unlock new insights.
• Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Leads to enhance customer experience and identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and present industry insights following company standards.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Must be able to work on-site in Nutley, NJ 2-3 days a week.
• Experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions (POS & Panel data).
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
