• Own Professional Service Operations to drive successful customer engagements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain accuracy and timeliness in workstreams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to commute to San Francisco HQ once per week.
• BA or BS degree in technology, data science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proven time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard communication tools.
