Salary: $78,800 – $148,584 (US National Base Pay Range with geographic differentials).

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications.
• Define and document complex business processes, system flows, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with remote development teams, internal IT, and business units to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Work with QA to define test strategies and acceptance criteria for complex solutions.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders through effective communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong background in Agile methodology and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with frontend development concepts and UX patterns.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements for moderate to large-scale projects.
• Experience using Claude Cowork or Claude Code.
