What you will do

• Analyze system workflows, dependencies, and edge cases to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Validate structured data inputs and system outputs to identify inconsistencies, risks, and defects.
• Define test strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria for platform updates and regression testing.
• Approve or reject configuration changes based on operational standards and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain user-facing documentation for system processes and workflows.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical efficiency, documentation quality, and validation approaches.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in an analyst, operations, QA, or technical support role.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets (JSON, XML, log files) and cloud databases like DynamoDB.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read logs, schemas, and configuration files.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in AWS or cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to automation tools or testing frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms or internal tooling.
